At Crystal Skin Pro, we are committed to providing high-quality products that you will love. Therefore, we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee.

You have a full 30 days to try the Crystal Skin Pro device and fall in love with its results. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, we will be happy to process a return for you.

Please note that all returns must meet the following criteria:
  • The product(s) must be in their original packaging and in good condition( and functioning)
  • Documentation of proof of purchase is required
  • For Crystal Skin Pro device returns, all components and accessories included in the bundle must also be returned in their original condition

We require that all products be returned in their original packaging and in good condition to facilitate the refund process.

Crystal Skin Pro reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges should the above conditions not be fulfilled. You will be responsible for arranging your own delivery service to return the items.

Additionally, to avoid damage during transit, please ensure proper packaging when returning items. Crystal Skin Pro reserves the right to deny returns if product(s) are received in damaged or poor condition.

To return your order:
Please use a Tracked service, as we can only issue a refund for products that are returned to us. We do not take responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned.

How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at hey@getcrystalskin.com, and one of our customer care representatives will guide you through the process.

When reaching out, include your order number and photos of the item(s) for our reference. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Processing fee for returns:
All returns will incur a flat processing fee of $50 to cover administrative costs. This fee covers the administrative, processing, and logistical costs associated with handling your return or exchange. Please note that shipping costs are not included, and for the refund to be valid, the item along with all accessories must be sent back to us in good condition.

Refund process:
Upon receipt of your returned item(s) and verification of their condition, we will process your refund within 10 to 14 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that any returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date will not be covered by our return policy.

All returns must reach us within 10 days from the end of the return window.
