If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, we’ll provide a full refund, minus a processing fee*, using your original payment method.

Return Criteria:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • For Crystal Skin Pro returns, all accessories included in the bundle must also be returned in their original condition.
 
Please ensure the items are returned in their original state to ensure a smooth refund process. For return shipping, carefully package the items to avoid damage. Crystal Skin reserves the right to refuse returns if products are damaged or not in satisfactory condition.
 

Exclusions:

  • Our 30-Day return policy does not apply to sale, promotional, or gift-with-purchase items.
 

Return Shipping:

  • Use a tracked shipping service for your return, as we can only process refunds for items that reach us. Crystal Skin is not responsible for lost parcels during return transit.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs or refund original shipping and duty fees unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are not included in the processing fee.
 

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer support team at hey@crystalskin.com with your order number and photos of the items to be returned. Our team will guide you through the process.
 

Processing Fee for Returns:

A flat processing fee of $30 applies to all returns to cover administrative costs.
 

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 10-14 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once the refund has been processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
 

International Orders:

Our 30-Day Return Policy applies to international orders as well. However, we do not cover return shipping costs or refund original shipping and duties unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are not included in the processing fee.
